At VAREVA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our policy below.
Refund Policy
Eligibility:
Refunds are available for products returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns are accepted only if the product received is wrong, damaged or defective, or has a size/variation issue.
Process:
1. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at varevastore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns.
You will receive a Shiprocket pickup label and instructions.
2. Pickup & Shipping
Shiprocket will arrange a pickup from your address on the scheduled date.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
3. Inspection & Refund
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the returned product fails inspection, the refund request will be declined. In such cases, if you request the product to be reshipped back to you, a reshipping fee of ₹149 will be charged.
4. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, inform us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund without deductions.
Non-Refundable Conditions:
If you place an order using partial payment under Cash on Delivery and fail to accept the delivery, refunds will not be issued as the partial payment covers the return shipping and handling costs.
Replacement Policy
Eligibility:
Replacements are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be reported with proof of damage or defect (photos/videos).
Process:
Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team at varevastore@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos.
Review:Â Our team will review the information and, if approved, arrange for a replacement.
Shipping:Â We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.
Delivery:Â A replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy
At VAREVA, we currently do not offer product exchanges.
At VAREVA, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Once the product is returned and received at our warehouse, it will undergo quality inspection.

Only after successful inspection, the exchange product will be dispatched.

If the returned item is found to be in a non-exchangeable condition, the exchange request may be declined.
